Jimi Sayo Havening Therapist in Streatham South London
Jimi Sayo is a Certified Havening Techniques Practitioner & Therapist in Streatham
Havening helps people escape their frustrations and limiting beliefs and begin to look forward to a future of possibilities.
Will you allow me to be your guide to help this happen?
How may Havening Techniques help you in your unique situation?
From simple stress relief, to intense therapy, Havening is making jaws drop for all the right reasons and I'm pleased to be the first Certified Havening Practitioner in South London. It's a remarkable method of therapy brought to the United Kingdom in May 2013. This innovative approach to healing has been developed and created by Ronald Ruden, MD, PhD over the past decade, in collaboration with his brother, Steven Ruden, DDS.
The Havening Technique is a therapy approach that I describe to my client as process that removes negative emotions from a stored memory of an event. Many people are emotionally and physically hindered by events from the past. I help them by using Havening Therapy to remove the blockages caused by the stored negative emotions. With the negative emotions decoded, one can literally move past the event and embrace a much happier life. So just as a person can be traumatised, they can also be de-traumatised using Havening
Havening Techniques, also known as amygdala depotentiation techniques (ADT). makes changes in the brain in order to de-code or de-traumatise and remove permanently, from both the psyche and the body, both the emotional memory of the trauma or stress event and its negative effects
Havening is effective in treating phobias, panic attacks, stutttering or stammering and chronic pain.
Havening can treat emotional responses that have resulted from traumatic events
Havening can help you let go of grief, anger and fear, or stress or anxiety responses.
Havening is being used in the treatment of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
All I can say is, prepare to be amazed at the simplicity of the Havening Technique as changes swiftly happen. My clients often describe the experience with adjectives that range from profound, to weird, and thank me for a life changing experience.
Paul McKenna on Havening
The very first time I heard about or witnessed Havening was when I spent a day with Paul McKenna at an exclusive all day Mastermind.
Jimi Sayo and Paul McKenna at a recent Havening Conference
"'Havening, also known as Amygdala Depotentiation Therapy (ADT) is going to change the face of therapy across the world. What used to take months to cure can now be done in minutes in most cases: PTSD, trauma, pain, depression and many more disorders. The initial study recently completed by King’s College London shows the remarkable effectiveness of this extraordinary set of processes. This is not to be confused with other psycho-sensory techniques, TFT, EMDR, etc. Whilst they are very good, Havening is light years ahead. If you want to be an excellent therapist, you can’t afford not to learn this breakthrough approach.'" Paul McKenna Ph.D on Havening.
